The apartment is just 50 metres from the Aberdeen's main thoroughfare, Union Street. The Union Square shopping centre is less than 3 minutes walk. The Trinity Shopping Centre is across the road from the flat entrance. The Bon Accord shopping centre is less than 10 minutes walk. If you are looking for the best location in Aberdeen for easy access to the shops, bars, restaurants and transport links, then this is it!

Guest Access

CHECK-IN 24 hour self check-in is available by way of key collection from a shop on the same street as the property. You'll need to show proof of your booking in order to get the keys. ACCESSIBILITY Access is via a grand hall way with staircase only and is not suitable for wheelchair access. PARKING If you're coming by car, there are lots of options available, but I'd recommend parking in College Street mutli story car park and walking to the apartment from there. The College Street multistory car park is just 250 metres away from the front door and offers secure, long term parking. The day rate is just £6. Free parking is available on Palmerston Road, Russell Road and Poynernook Road which are 10 minutes away on foot - you can walk through the Union Square Shopping Centre to get to these streets and vice versa. It is easier to get a space here on weekends and after 5pm on weekdays. You can also park on the single yellow lines on the roads outside the apartment entrance and on Windmill Brae, for free between 6pm and 8am, 7 days a week

The apartment is situated only a few minutes walk from all of Aberdeen's main transport links, including the bus station and high street bus stops, as well as the train station. There is free on-street parking outside the apartment on single yellow lines between the hours of 6pm and 8am, 7 days a week. College Street car park is a 3 minute walk and offers low-cost, secure overnight / long-term parking with a 2.1m height restriction. The cost is just £6 per day (24 hours) and stays longer than 3 days are discounted further.

Excellent location right in the heart of the city with a fantastic choice of very close restaurants and bars. Clean, warm with all the amenities you could need. The wife particularly liked the hairdryer. Sean responded quickly and very accurately.

A fantastic stay in a spacious, modern, and tastefully decorated flat. Very comfortable, spotlessly clean, and well equipped. The location is excellent, with shops and transport links close by, making it easy to get around Aberdeen. The host was great — very friendly and provided lots of helpful advice and local recommendations. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place.

Clear instructions from the host allowed us to easily locate the apartment. Apartment was clean and matched description. In a great location to walk to attractions around the city, as well as access public transportation (train station was only a few minutes away by foot). Host was friendly and responsive!

Sean the host was communicative from the start and even offered to recommend places to eat. The apt is exceptional and feels luxurious. The beds are so comfy, there is a rainfall shower and Netflix etc. The location is extremely central. The value for money was exceptional. We had an amazing time and would definitely book again.
