Excellent location right in the heart of the city with a fantastic choice of very close restaurants and bars.
Clean, warm with all the amenities you could need. The wife particularly liked the hairdryer.

This was our second time staying with Sean and I'm sure it won't be the last. Flat is cozy and warm which was great as their was heavy snow when we stayed. Being located in the city centre was a massive positive as we parked the car and walked everywhere we needed to be easily. This accomodation for us as a family of four was perfect with plenty of room for us all to spread around the flat.
Sean is an attentive host, always quick with a response and answers any queries no matter big or small.

A fantastic stay in a spacious, modern, and tastefully decorated flat. Very comfortable, spotlessly clean, and well equipped. The location is excellent, with shops and transport links close by, making it easy to get around Aberdeen. The host was great — very friendly and provided lots of helpful advice and local recommendations. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place.

We had the cosiest stay at the flat, right in the city centre , convenient and affordable parking availability, good view ,luxury and spacious space .
Had the best sleep during the stay , all the needed essentials were provided neatly .

Clear instructions from the host allowed us to easily locate the apartment. Apartment was clean and matched description. In a great location to walk to attractions around the city, as well as access public transportation (train station was only a few minutes away by foot). Host was friendly and responsive!

Sean the host was communicative from the start and even offered to recommend places to eat. The apt is exceptional and feels luxurious. The beds are so comfy, there is a rainfall shower and Netflix etc. The location is extremely central. The value for money was exceptional. We had an amazing time and would definitely book again.
